Principal's Welcome
Welcome to Clarendon Elementary School! At Clarendon, we believe that all students can AND will learn.  Our motto, “Hard Work + Heart=Success”, is something that we believe is important-- for both students and staff.  The staff is committed to reaching the district's achievement goals and continues to strive for an EXCELLENT rating on the State Report Card.   We believe it can be done.

Clarendon Elementary students and staff choose a theme to follow each year.  This year, our theme is Hooked on Learning!  We will dive down underwater and explore ocean life.   As a staff we strive to make real world connections with our students.  Making these connections, we hope to motivate staff and students to reach for the stars—(star fish, that is)!   Wait until you “sea” what we have planned!

We need you!  We ask for your support and involvement in the school.  Please be sure to attend school functions and communicate with your child’s educational staff.  Let’s work together to encourage our children to succeed and be the best they can be!

Looking forward to a successful school year!

Yours in Education,
Mrs. Nicole Herberghs, Principal

The Clarendon Community "Leaves their Mark!"

Clarendon Elementary began a building-wide art project for four permanent display cabinets in our new school’s lobby. The project, called "Leave Your Mark!”, allows every student and staff member to participate in the design of what is sure to be an eye catching display! This is something that they can come back later in their life and take pride in.

Clarendon Can Give Back!

Did you know you can help feed a family and brush up on your vocabulary skills at the same time? It's hard to believe - but TRUE!
